This inline low-flow model with analog electronics is commonly integrated into sterilization systems and can be calibrated on a variety of fluids including bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and formaldehyde. Many other liquid and gas calibration options are available by request. The instrument can be calibrated for up to a 20:1 flow measurement turndown within an approximate range of 0.05 cc/min and 60 cc/min and is suitable for temperatures up to 140°F. The flowmeter is provided with a remote electronics board in a NEMA 4 enclosure with 10 feet of cable. It can be supplied with a 0-10V or 0-5V nonlinear flow output, or a linear flow output can be added as an additional feature. The instrument can be set up for 24V DC or 120/240V AC input power.

This inline low-flow model with digital electronics is commonly integrated used measure the flow rate of solvents or fuels and can be calibrated on a variety of fluids including ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, naphtha, and jet fuel. Many other liquid and gas calibration options are available by request. The instrument can be calibrated for up to a 100:1 flow measurement turndown within an approximate range of 0.36 GPH and 60 GPH and is suitable for temperatures up to 140°F. The flowmeter has a display with infrared control interface, and is capable of displaying flow rate, totalized flow, and temperature, as well as making calibration adjustments in the field. It can be supplied with a flow output in 0-5 VDC, 0-10VDC, or 4-20mA, or a digital flow output can be added as an additional feature for HART or Modbus protocols. 24V DC input power is used. This instrument is FM approved for Class 1 Div 1 locations.

This flow probe model comes with an adjustable height compression fitting, allowing it to be adapted to your specific duct size or diameter. It is available as a simple flow switch with relay output or a full-featured flow meter. Commonly used to measure flow rates for HVAC systems, fume removal ventilation systems, and more, the Rheotherm probe can be calibrated on a variety of gases including air, nitrogen, and even hydrogen. Many other calibration options are available by request. The instrument can be calibrated for a single switch point or up to a 100:1 flow measurement turndown within an approximate range of 25 to 25,000 SFPM and is suitable for temperatures up to 250°F. It can be supplied with either a relay output as a switch or a flow output in 0-5 VDC, 0-10VDC, or 4-20mA, or a digital flow output can be added as an additional feature for HART or Modbus protocols. The instrument is available in 24VDC or 120V AC power input configurations.
